I had my first colonic on Sunday and I was alittle nervous at first but it really was worth it ! Clara was very nice went over everything with me made me feel comfortable it really wasn’t bad at all ! I definitely needed it and after I felt really good lighter and less sluggish ! I been watching what I’m eating I been eating light meals since so I don’t end up in pain again and constipated again ! I probably will book another one in the future 😊

I found Clara and C&A Wellness initially three years ago, and had a wonderful experience then, as well as just this past week in July. It had been quite some time between my colon hydrotherapy treatments because I temporarily moved away from the area (I work as a travel RN). I came back this past Wednesday, July 29th to begin my treatments again, and can’t tell you how much more energy I had after one treatment. I literally felt stress and toxins leave my body; Clara suggested coming back within a day or. 2 for the next treatment to have even more of an impact on my cleansing treatment. Today is Friday, July 31, and I had a 2nd one. Felt even more of a release; the bloating was significantly less than the first time. I was grateful for the education she provided during my first session in order to get an even greater benefit from the second treatment. Her facility is extremely clean, discreet, and relaxing. I highly recommend her services; she is quite experienced in her field, and takes the time to know her clients.

Not in my wildest dreams would I have thought Leech Therapy would have helped in improving the stiffness and numbness I suffered from a stroke. I must admit when it was first suggested I thought hell no but after doing my research and understanding the healing power Leeches has after all Surgeons utilize Leeches during surgery. It was better then I thought Clara the lady who runs the spa goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and is always very professional and the prices are very affordable the place looks great I can’t say enough how good I felt after getting my treatment am glad I finally decided to go I would recommend it to anyone
