Your Body Wrap Session, Step by Step

Arrive Prepared

Come with clean, product-free skin — no lotions or oils. Wear undergarments (boxers for men, bra and underwear for women) and comfortable clothes. Plan for about 90 minutes and eat only a light meal beforehand. Stay hydrated, but keep in mind you won't be able to use the restroom once the wrap begins.

Wrap & Relax
